CSI: Miami - Season One 1.1 DVD

A crime series based in Miami. Horatio Caine the head criminologist in the team and his crime scene investigator colleagues crack multiple cases using evidence left at the crime scene.

Disc 1 Golden Parachute - While searching for survivors following a jet crash in the Everglades, the CSIs inexplicably discover a female victim five miles from the crash site. When the only survivor says that the woman opened the plane's hatch in order to commit suicide, Horatio is suspicious. When the pieces don't fit together, the team must recreate what happened on that fatal flight. Losing Face - After Horatio's mentor is killed while defusing a bomb, the CSI goes on a personal mission to find the culprit. After meticulously combing the blast area, the team is still left with more questions than answers. However, when Horatio and Megan are called to another bomb scene, they are shocked to discover who is actually the real target of the terrorism. Wet Foot:Dry Foot - A shark attack turns suspicious when Horatio and Megan find a bullet slug in a partial human torso. When the CSI team then discovers an abandoned boat full of secrets, the trail leads Horatio and the team to uncover a secret mission for freedom that went terribly awry. Just One Kiss - When a rape and murder takes place on a Miami beach, Horatio and the team are sent to investigate. After questioning the boyfriend of a rape victim, Megan and Horatio discover that the couple attended a lavish party at the mansion of a wealthy, old money political family. When evidence starts to mount against the family, the powerful Hamiltons take measures into their own hands in order to protect their family name. Disc 2 Ashes To Ashes - A priest is shot and the evidence makes 12-year-old altar boy Cameron Medina a prime suspect. Further investigation into Cameron's tumultuous home life leads the CSI team in a different direction. Meanwhile, Horatio and Delko investigate the charred remains of a pregnant female victim and must uncover the physical evidence to convict the person who Horatio instinctively senses is the killer. Broken - A 5-year-old girl is discovered dead in the washroom of a playland theme restaurant and the CSIs find evidence that the killer was trying to smuggle her out. Calleigh, Delko and Speedle find a registered sex offender among the patrons, however, surveillance video provides him with an alibi. As the team searches for new leads, the evidence exposes the gruesome lengths someone will go to in order to escape the law. Breathless - Horatio and the team investigate the murder of a young male stripper found dead after a female sex party. The evidence points to a poisoning and multiple motives are revealed when Horatio discovers the stripper's obsession with one of the women at the party. Meanwhile, Megan and Delko investigate the death of a deep water diver mortally stabbed at sea. Slaughter House - A toddler wandering the streets of a suburban neighbourhood leads officials to a family brutally murdered in their home. A mother, infant and two sons are all dead and only the father and a toddler survive. Using blood evidence found throughout the crime scene, the CSIs must follow the evidence to establish a timeline and sequence of events in order to catch the killer. Disc 3 Kill Zone - Three people are shot and killed in downtown Miami during rush hour and Horatio and the team are on a race against time to find what they believe to be a professional sniper. The team is puzzled when a fourth victim is found and the evidence is inconsistent with the three previous murders.
