Please note that orders placed for electronics and computing items are charged at the point of placing the order not at point of dispatch as with other products.
Deliveries are made via courier and require a signature upon delivery (with the exception of some accessories). You will receive notification of dispatch via e-mail and the date your item is due to arrive so you can ensure someone is available to accept your order.
Deliveries will be made between 8am and 6pm (Monday to Friday) and we regret it is not possible to stipulate a morning or afternoon delivery.
Orders for electronics and computing products can only be delivered within the UK. For orders over £200.00 deliveries can only be made to the billing address. Orders under £200.00 may be delivered to an alternative address, however you may still be asked to provide documented verification of the billing address before we proceed with the dispatch.
In order to make a return, please contact us and inform our customer service team of your order number, the item you are returning and the reason for return.
We will then issue you with a unique returns authorisation number and the contact telephone number for our courier so that you can arrange a convenient time and day for the product to be collected.
Please note if your order has been received damaged we request that you report this within 5 days of your order arriving with you.
