"The Rest Of New Order" is a ten track remix album of the renowned English rock band New Order, formed from the remaining members of the iconic English alternative band Joy Division following the suicide of their lead singer Ian Curtis.
This record, which was originally released in 1995, has compiled ten remixes of New Order songs, and features a brand new Hardfloor remix of their incredible hit "Blue Monday", which is the best selling 12 inch single of all time. Also on this album are remixes that have been previously released before this album, and the oldest remix on this record is the Shep Pettibone remix of "True Faith", which was originally mixed and released in 1987.
This album compiles remixes and songs from all walks of New Order's musical career, and can truly demonstrate how different and unique their music is via these remixes and musical interpretations - C.E.
