10 Minute Solution Blast Off Belly Fat
This "10 Minute Solution" isn't really what I expected, as it involves lots of ground exercises, which I cannot do as I suffer from Dystonia which affects my neck, so I passed this video on to my daughter. She gets more out of it than I did. Perhaps, after experiencing this, I believe a dance video would suit me better.
