Beautiful Joe DVD

An Irish American florist named Joe (Billy Connolly) finds his rather unremarkable life suddenly transformed through a series of personal revelation. Throwing caution to the winds, Joe hits the road in search of the adventures he has never had. In Louisville Kentucky he meets Hush (Sharon Stone) a sexy ex-stripper turned con-girl. But she is also a hard edged single mom with a gambling habit who is in major debt to local crime boss George the Geek (Ian Holm). When Joe bravely tries to intercede on her behalf he inadvertently lands them both in even bigger trouble. Forced to escape from George, Hush and Joe head for Las Vegas unaware that the crime bosses henchmen are in hot pursuit! This hilarious comedy follows Hush and Joe's attempts to stay one step ahead of the mob - and each other!
