Would You Like To Hear A Scary Tale?: A bus hurtles down a pitch-black road at midnight, stopping momentarily to pick up a solitary female passenger. She asks, "Want to hear a scary tale?" and in hushed tones begins her morbid monologue...

The Spiderwoman: Magazine editor Yamazaki asks freelance writer Hasagawa to write an article about a rumoured 'spider woman'. Hasagawa heads for a town in Ibaraki where she is said to reside. It isn't long before Yamazaki loses contact with Hasagawa, so he sets off to investigate.

Crevices: Kodera's friend and neighbour, Shimizu, has gone missing. When Kodera enters his apartment he finds the gaps in the window frames, dresser drawers, between furniture and every other conceivable location have been covered over with red masking tape, and why do the words "They're watching!" keep appearing on Shimizu's computer screen?
