Starring Tommy Chong (of the well-known duo, Cheech and Chong) as a middle-aged eternal hippie musician, searching to relive his lost youth by travelling across the country. But his daughter Rae is worried about him and employs a psychiatrist to hypnotise him and bring him back into the present.
