The One With The Fertility Test - Ross is distraught as the beautiful and brilliant Charlie (recurring guest star Aisha Tyler) - who usually only dates Nobel Prize winners - is dating Joey. Nevertheless Ross helps the desperate Joey pretend to be intelligent to impress her. Meanwhile Monica and Chandler's visit to a fertility clinic is made even more fraught by the unexpected appearance of Chandler's irritating ex-girlfriend, Janice (recurring guest star Maggie Wheeler)
The One With The Donor - Disappointed to learn that they cannot conceive naturally, Monica and Chandler ponder their options. When Chandler brings Zack (guest star John Stamos) his handsome work colleague round for dinner, they embarrassingly 'interview' him as a potential sperm donor. Meanwhile Rachel reveals to Phoebe that she is infatuated with Joey but unfortunately his new girlfriend Charlie (recurring guest star Aisha Tyler) overhears. And Phoebe runs into her ex-boyfriend David (recurring guest star Hank Azaria), her big love from a few years ago.
The One In Barbados Parts 1 & 2 - Ross is so thrilled at delivering a key speech at a palaeontologists' conference in Barbados, that he manages to get hold of free passes to the event for all his friends. When there, Joey is amazed that it is Ross that is being recognized instead of him but at least he is still dating the gorgeous Charlie (recurring guest star Aisha Tyler). And Phoebe brings along her ex-boyfriend David (recurring guest star Hank Azaria) to the island.
IN part 1, when Chandler accidentally erases the only copy of Ross' speech from his laptop, Charlie helps Ross to rewrite it and in the process, the two discover they have a lot more in common than just their profession. Meanwhile Rachel and Joey gatecrash a medical conference for the free drink and Phoebe is shocked when Mike (recurring guest star Paul Rudd) unexpectedly turns up.
In part 2, despite the fact that is the first sunny day since their arrival, the friends all attend Ross' speech which is enthusiastically received by all his peers. Later Monice and Mike take part in an extremely competitive game of table tennis which alarms Chandler but arouses Phoebe. And Ross and Joey's fortunes change after revelations by Rachel and Charlie.
