Matinee idol Richard Greene (TV’s The Adventures of Robin Hood) stars in this spectacular musical romance based on the true-life story of London’s first theatrical impresario, George Edwardes. The dashing entrepreneur buys a run-down music hall in the capital and fills it with musical comedies, much to the delight of his audiences.
