    Description

    Release Date: 19 February 2007

A story of two brothers locked in mortal combat, HAWK the SLAYER is a powerful action fable about the never-ending battle between good and evil. Hawk (John Terry - Full Metal Jacket, Lost) is a hero of great strength and courage whose father and fiance are murdered at the hands of his brother, the evil wizard Voltan (Jack Palance - City Slickers, Shane, Batman). With Hawk's trusted band of giants, dwarves and witches, he sets forth on an epic adventure to avenge the murders...

Co-starring British actors Bernard Bresslaw, Annette Crosbie, Harry Andrews and Roy Kinnear, this exciting and enthralling tale was co-written and directed by Terry Marcel (Dark Knight) and produced by Harry Robertson (Countless Dracula), who also composed the eighties keyboard soundtrack. Hawk the Slyer was filmed open-matte 4:3 and cropped top-and-bottom for theatrical release. This special edition contains the original 4:3 open-matt print for maximum picture area.
