In this third series, Lewis and Howard are without partners. Someone needs to come along to shake things up - enter brash detective Mike Kellerman from the arson unit. Interesting developments are in store including a change in location when the entire Police Department has to be relocated when a gas pipe explodes at HQ and when Howard is promoted but Russert demoted.
