Ex-con Nick Bianco (Victor Mature) wishes to put his old lifestyle of crime and wrong doings behind him and lead a quiet and happy life with his family. But as Nick and his family attempt to start a new life this appears to be much more difficult than they imagined. Nick has done many wrong things in his past and betrayed many people, despite him forgetting his old life and putting it all behind him, others haven’t.
