    Film actress Amanda Donohoe (LA Law, Liar, Liar), with screen and stage actor Tony Lo Bianco (The French Connection, The Severn Ups) takes the leads in Lucky Day. Amanda portrays Nora Barkin, an aspiring actress who works for a courier service and is married to Jack (Gregor Toerzs), a frustrated accountant whose true passion is writing. Nora's close friend and co-worker, Bill Reagan (Gino Marrocco) has bought a lottery ticket for a sky-high New York jackpot because he feels lucky. She is intrigued when he calls her up and says: "I'm coming over to celebrate, today is my lucky day!" but Bill never shows up. He disappears with a lottery ticket for $13 million and Nora's convinced he was killed for his winnings.
