Ricardo Tubbs (Academy Award winner Jamie Foxx - Ray, Jarhead) and Sonny Crockett (Colin Farrell - SWAT, The New World) are both working undercover in the heat of Florida, penetrating the dark, dollar-fuelled abyss of the drugs world.
