U.C. O123. 30 years have passed since Char Aznable's final revolt and since then, the Earth has enjoyed 30 years of peace and prosperity. Both the war and Neo-Zeon have become nothing more than vague memories, however this period of peace and prosperity will not last forever... An aristocratic organization, called the Crossbone Vanguard, invades the newly built colony Frontier 4 in order to create a base for the foundation of their "Cosmo-Babylonia". Young Seabook Arno and his school friends desperately try to escape from the enemy but they take Seabook's girlfriend, Cecily, away. Unknown to Seabook, Cecily is in fact a grand daughter of the leader of the Crossbone Vanguard. Seabook flees to Frontier 1, only to find a prototype Gundam and then become its pilot in order to help Cecily escape from the Crossbone Vanguard.
