This is the first and only series of the comedy television program Mutual Friends, revolving around the life of Martin Grantham, a happily married man with the typical suburban lifestyle: nice house, nice car, and a nice son. However, when his best friend decides to throw himself under a train, Martin's life is disastrously changed forever, and when his old friend, the immature womaniser Patrick, bursts back in to his life, he doesn't get the best of welcomes.
