Michel Deville (Death in a French Garden) directs international superstar George Chakiris (West Side Story, 633 Squadron) in a comic thriller about a 'raffles like' gentleman thief (Romeo) who is determined to steal the Mona Lisa.
His efforts are hindered by double-crossing partners, inept but persistent policemen, beautiful women and falling in love (with his very own Juliette).
