Pledging never to throw anyone out of the hotel, The Killer's resolve is put to the test when a penniless swindler (Cecilia Yip) arrives with a lynch mob hot on her heels. With the mob threatening to storm the hotel unless he gives up the woman, The Killer is forced to choose between risking the lives of all his guests or breaking the pledge.
