There's trouble with a thuggish security firm both at work and on the sportsfield so Fisher puts his PDS team, headed up by Henry, in charge of security at the football ground. Henry's trusting nature lands him in financial trouble when he offers a friendly teenager work experience. The Crabbes take a rare weekend break in London leaving Gary and Sally in charge of the restaurant along with a couple of agency staff - both the weekend and the new staff are full of surprises.
