    Lyon, the late 1970s. Police inspector Francois learns that his brother Gabriel has been released from prison after serving ten years for murder. There is no happy reunion for these brothers but they share a desire to draw a line under the past. However, reality and the demons of the past catch up with them. Divided by the lives they have chosen but bonded by love, the paths they follow strangely seem to lead them to the same impasse.
