The rip-roaring chase for a priceless emerald is on. As Joan has the only map for the mysterious El Corazon Jewel, crooks, con-men and even crocodiles are out to get her. Her only hope is to team up with the gun-toting jungle hustler Jack Colton (Michael Douglas) - a mean mercenary who it seems is only motivated by money. But Joan has to put her trust in Jack and together the unlikely couple stumble through the steaming jungle discovering they have more in common than just money and adventure - and all the time the villains are closing in...
