Based on Stan Lee’s successful Marvel Comics of the 1960s, Spider-Man Season 2 introduces the season-long story format for the 1995/6 animated series on double DVD. In the Neogenic Nightmare, Spider-Man battles both enemies and himself, as genetic mutation transforms his body beyond recognition.

Several renowned villains team up as the Insidious Six including Doctor Octopus, the Scorpion and the Chameleon... Spider-Man encounters new villains Morbius, Hydro-Man and the Vulture... whilst conflict arises with other Marvel heroes Blade, X-Men and the Punisher.
