A greedy banker (Kader Khan) uses his wit to acquire elderly customers to ensure he makes a quick profit after they die. However, the greedy banker soon meets his match - a young man (Aftab Shivdasani) who thwarts his plans for the sake of his grandfather - a loyal customer who left everything in his will to his grandson. Things are not made easy after he falls for the banker's daughter (Amisha Patel). He has a double task on his hands, firstly, to get his money and secondly, to get his beloved.
