Liam Neeson stars in this fast-paced thriller from producer Luc Besson (Leon, The Transporter). Neeson stars as former spy Brian Mills, who has retired in order to build a closer relationship with his daughter Kim. When she asks for his permission to go to Paris on vacation with her friend, he is reluctant at first but then is persuaded by his ex wife to sign the papers that will allow Kim to go on the trip. A short while after she arrives in Paris Brian receives a harrowing phone call from Kim saying she is about to be kidnapped. Brian soon finds out that her kidnappers are a ruthless gang of Albanians who kidnap young girls and put them into the dark world of slave trade. Brian must now put all of his skills into action once again in order to get his daughter back. (Matt Fairfield)
