Special agent Harry Tasker (Schwarzenegger) leads a double life. Harry is an international spy for a top-secret government agency, but for the past fifteen years his wife Helen (Jamie Lee Curtis) has believed him to be a computer sales man. Harry has the skills, the resourcefulness and the courage to save his country...if only he can save his marriage.

Danny Madigan (Austin O'Brien), a young cinema fan, is crazy about his all-time great movie hero, L.A. cop Jack Slater (Arnold Schwarzenegger). Having received a magic golden cinema ticket, Danny is able to cross into movieland and meet the real life hero as well as all the baddies. But when the movie characters cross into real life everybody's in for a big shock.
