Mitchell and Webb are back with their fourth series, featuring a raft of brand new ideas including the invention of the jet-pack; a sneaky robot; the correct but confusing way to talk to Caesar; a very old Sherlock Holmes and Watson; and a heavily armed man who's very keen on grammar.
Exclusive extras include out-takes, extended sketches and more.
This forth series includes lots of verbal playfulness and self-referential smartness and spoof of bad television, and a few recurring characters. MITCHELL AND WEBB are frequently at their funniest when exposing some modern vacuity and bunkum. A fine example when we saw the boss of the shampoo manufacturer Garnier (played by Mitchell) congratulating an employee for ‘The invention of the word ‘Nutrisse’ – which sounds like nutrition but doesn’t guarantee it – is one of the best things you’ve ever come up with.’
