Steven is a Hollywood screenwriter who's lost his edge. Nobody wants his scripts. His successful friend recommends he contact Sarah who is (according to his friend) a muse, one of the daughters of Zeus who inspires creativity. The only problem is that Sarah not only gives, she takes. She demands expensive gifts and total servitude from whomever she has taken under her wing. This initially arouses suspicion in Steven's wife Laura. Soon, however, it's Laura who is asking for inspiration and Steven is the one who starts to get jealous... Including cameos from Martin Scorsese, James Cameron, Rob Reiner and others...
