The next game of the Unreal Tournament series after UT2004, Unreal Tournament 3 uses the third generation of the Unreal graphics engine in order to present an action-packed game full of gore. Primarily known as a multiplayer game, this iteration also contains a single player mode, which can be played through either alone or in co-operatively.
However, both fans of the series and developers know that Unreal Tournament has always been about the multiplayer aspect, and in this regard, UT3 does not disappoint. Returning are popular modes such as Deathmatch and Capture The Flag in which players will take control of a character from a team of their choice and gun their way through huge maps. Owners of the previous incarnation will be pleased to see the inclusion of most of the old weapons and vehicles, along with a number of new additions (such as a completely new class of Necris vehicles).
