In stock:
If an item is in stock on the website it will clearly state "in stock". Sendit.com aim to ship all in stock items within 24-48 hours* of receiving your order.
* Monday-Friday: not applicable over weekend hours
Availability - Usually dispatched within 72 hours:
Based on the average of recent sales, this item usually takes around three working days to come into stock. This is an average so it may ship more quickly or take slightly longer on occasion. Once stock arrives in, it will take 24-48 hours to prepare for dispatch, as detailed above.
Availability - Usually dispatched within 5-7 days:
Based on the average of recent sales, this item usually takes around a week to come into stock. This is an average so it may ship more quickly or take slightly longer on occasion. Once stock arrives in, it will take 24-48 hours to prepare for dispatch, as detailed in the "in stock" section above.
Available on order:
This item is still on general release, but may take longer than a week to come into stock. An order will be placed with the supplier and the goods will shipped as soon as they reach us.
Should the item drift out of print, we will update the website.
Delivery
UK: Most items will arrive within 2-5 working days of shipment. To allow for any postal delays, please allow 10 days from the shipping date before contacting us.
EU: Most items will be delivered within 4-8 working days. Please allow 14 days from the shipping date before contacting us.
Portuguese customers should allow 28 days before contacting us, as items can be delayed at Customs.
Rest of the World: Most items will be delivered within 5-10 working days. Please allow 21 days before contacting us.
Singapore customers should allow 6 weeks due to restrictions imposed by the Censorship Board.
