My Shop

My Details

  • You can change your details at any point. To view your current details, click on your name or 'my shop' in the top navigation bar. If there is someone else's name here, please log in as yourself. For more information on how to 'log in', please click here.
  • Click the change my personal details link to make any changes that you want.
  • There is a link to change your password here.

 

My Order History:

§         Once you have placed an order with us, you can track the item(s) as we process your order.

§         Your 'order history' is chronologically listed, with your latest order appearing at the top of the page.

§         Accompanying the order details is a status, which indicates the current state of the order. If applicable, a 'cancel' button will be available to cancel an item / order, and also an option to have it gift-wrapped. Click here for an explanation of the order statuses.

§         You can cancel your order at any time before it is 'being packed' by clicking on the ' My Order History ' page from the 'My Shop' Menu.

§         Please note that orders cannot be cancelled once the status has changed to 'being packed', as they are already on their way to your address! Simply return the item to us when it arrives and we will refund your money. To see more on our returns policy, click here.

My Shop Preferences:

§         You can change your preferences, such as whether or not you would like to be shown adult titles while browsing, by selecting either yes or no to the options available and submitting the changes.

You have the following options:

Display small covers: If you choose not to display small image covers, you will have much quicker access to the browse pages.

Display adult titles: If you do not want to see video titles classified as Adult Audience while browsing, you can switch this off. This facility does not work if you go directly to the Adult section in our browse department. It means though that you will not accidentally access Adult titles.

Currency: You can select your own currency here.  You can then view the prices of items on site and the total cost of your order in this currency.  However, payment to Sendit is in pounds sterling.

My Wallet:

§         This shows your cards which are currently stored on our secure server.

§         To edit your card details (for example, to change an expiry date when the number remains the same), click on the card in question, re-enter the card number, update the other details and submit. 

§         To add a new card, click here.  Enter your new card details.  If you want to allocate this new card to an existing order, go to your 'order history' and click on 'change card for this item/change card for all items in this order'.  Alternatively, contact care@sendit.com.

§         Please note, the card used for your most recent order will be the default card for the next order placed.

My addresses:

This section is your Sendit.com address book. 

§         To amend the details of any of the shipping addresses listed, click on 'VIEW/EDIT', amend the details and click on the 'submit' button.

§         Click here to add a new shipping address.

§         Amendments can still be made to shipping and payment details by going to http://www.sendit.com/circle/order_status until the order status changes to 'being packed'.

§         Please note, the shipping address of your most recent order placed order will be the default address for the next order placed.

My Hitlist:

§         If you see a title on site which you are interested in, but do not want to buy immediately, you can add it to your 'hitlist'. 

§        Find the title you are interested in and then click on the 'move to hitlist' button, on the video details page. 

§        If you decide to buy something that is in your hitlist, simply click on the 'buy' icon to move the item into your basket. Alternatively, to remove the item from your hitlist, click on the title and choose the 'remove from hitlist' option.

My Watchlist:

§         This is useful if you are interested in particular actors and directors.  You can keep up to date with their forthcoming releases, without having to constantly browse the site for information.

§         To add an item to your watchlist, click on the star or director which interests you and click here (watchlist icon).

§         Please note that even though the artists you select will remain in your watchlist until you remove them, their titles will disappear as soon as they are released.

§         To remove a star/director, just go to your 'watchlist' and click on 'remove from list'.

Email Preferences:

Upon registering as a Sendit.com customer, all e-mail preferences are defaulted to "yes", but you can choose exactly what type of e-mails you would prefer to receive from us.  In order to keep you informed about your orders, new releases and what's going on at Sendit.com, we send out 2 types of emails.

  1. Order Status emails - these will confirm that we have received your order and we will then let you know when it has been shipped. These will be sent to you every time you place an order.
  2. New Release emails - these are regular updates about new releases at Sendit.com. There are 2 kinds of new release emails you can choose to receive. If you haven't made a choice we will send you the DVD & VHS new releases email or you can choose to receive the DVD only new releases.

a.       DVD new releases only.

b.       Combined DVD & VHS releases.

Html mails: these are emails with images and click-through links. If you find that your browser does not support html e-mails, or if you would just prefer to receive plain text e-mails, then simply click on the "no" button.
