My Order History
Once you have placed an order with us, you can track the item(s) as we process your order.
- Your 'order history' is chronologically listed, with your latest order appearing at the top of the page.
- Accompanying the order details is a status, which indicates the current state of the order. If applicable, a 'cancel' button will be available to cancel an item / order, and also an option to have it gift-wrapped. Click here for an explanation of the order statuses.
- You can cancel your order at any time before it is 'being packed' by clicking on the My Order History page from the 'My Shop' Menu.
- Please note that orders cannot be cancelled once the status has changed to 'being packed', as they are already on their way to your address! Simply return the item to us when it arrives and we will refund your money. To see more on our returns policy, click here.
