For All UK and Ireland orders postage is FREE.

Postage Information and Costs

All international orders are shipped by Airmail. Postage costs for items shipping to countries outside the UK are divided into four zones. These zones are based on the actual postage costs Sendit.com has to pay.

To find the postage cost of any item:

1. Check which zone applies to the country you are shipping to by looking at the information below.
   
   

   Zone 1:	Austria, Belgium, Canary Islands, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Luxemburg, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Spain, Turkey.
   Zone 2:	Australia, New Zealand, USA, Canada
   Zone 3:	Rest of the World
   Zone 4:	Netherlands, Finland, Sweden, Switzerland

2. Find your zone in the table below. You will see the postage costs which will be applied per item, depending on whether it is a single DVD or piece from a Box Set. When you order more than one item, you will be charged the sum of each individual item's postage rates. For example, if you buy two individual DVDs in Zone 1, the total postage cost would be £1.50 (DVD) + £1.50 (DVD) = £3

Postage charge for non-standard (oversized) items & accessories

• Band 1 - £1
• Band 2 - £2.50
• Band 3 - £4
• Band 4 - £9

For non-standard items and accessories, postage charges will fall into one of the four bands above. If this is the case, the postage band will be clearly shown on the details page of the item.

Shipping Time

We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Sendit.com aim to ship all in stock items within 24-48 hours of receiving your order but your order may be delayed if the item is not in stock with our suppliers. You can check the progress of your order on your order status page » (Click on the My Shop tab in the top title bar to go here!). We try to send your DVDs to you as soon as they arrive from our suppliers. For example, if you order three DVDs from us and only two arrive from our suppliers, we will usually send those two DVDs straight away. We will not hold up the first two DVDs for the one straggler.

UK only (via courier)

At present, items in our Electronics section can only be delivered to addresses within mainland UK. Delivery to any mainland UK address is free of charge and will be sent via courier. It is therefore important that someone will be available at the address provided to sign for the item. Electronic goods cannot currently be delivered to Highlands & Islands of Scotland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles or Northern Ireland.
