Our Returns Policy:
Sendit.com 30 Day Returns Guarantee
We endeavor to make sure the product you ordered arrives in perfect condition. If however you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition (unopened, with all seals and shrink-wrap intact) within 30 days of the date you received the item and we will issue a full refund.
Please note: we can only accept returned items opened if they are faulty.
We cannot exchange items unless they are damaged, defective or you have received the incorrect title.
Electronic items can be returned for a refund provided that they are unopened with all seals and packaging intact. We can only accept returns of opened items if they are faulty. All original packaging must be included with returns of faulty items for them to be accepted.
How do I return an item?
Incorrect items
- Go to http://www.sendit.com/circle/returns
- Select your reason for returning this item, and click on the 'GO!' button at the bottom of the page.
- We will then issue you with a returns authorisation number. Please fill this number in on the back of your receipt or on a piece of paper and enclose this in the package along with the item you wish to return. This will ensure that your return is dealt with as quickly as possible.
- We would recommend that you obtain a proof of postage receipt. Please retain this receipt when sending an item back to us. Without proof of posting we are sorry but we cannot make refunds if the item does not arrive with us.
Faulty/Damaged Items
- If an item arrives damaged or is faulty when you try and use it, you should go to http://www.sendit.com/circle/returns, selecting the 'item is faulty' option. Then click on the 'GO!' button at the bottom of the page.
- We will then issue you with a returns authorisation number. Please fill this number in on the back of your receipt or on a piece of paper and enclose this in the package along with the item you wish to return. This will ensure that your return is dealt with as quickly as possible.

Replacements
If Sendit.com sends you a replacement for a damaged, defective or wrong item, you must return the item to Sendit.com within 30 days. We reserve the right to charge the price of the replacement item to the payment card used for the original order if you do not return the original item to us within 30 days of the date on which Sendit.com confirms we will issue a replacement.
Refunds
If your returned item qualifies for a full refund, and your item has been received and processed, we will refund your credit/debit card in full. (Please allow up to 28 days)
Testing
All items returned because of a fault will be tested by our independent test centre. If the item is found not to be faulty we will return it to you and you will be liable for any postage charges.
We would advise that you check the item thoroughly along with any accompanying instructions before returning the item.
If the item is a DVD, please test the disc on another make or model of DVD player.
Please note that we do not offer any technical advice on games, computer software and electronic goods.

We reserve the right to reject an order if we suspect that a customer is taking advantage of our returns policy.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
