Order Statuses

An Explanation of Order Statuses

In Progress - Your order is currently being processed, checking for availability with our various suppliers.

On Order - This status is used for promotional items which are not currently in stock, but which are on order through our suppliers. Everything will be done to ensure these items are shipped to you as soon as possible.

Due From Supplier - This will be shipped as soon as we receive the item from our suppliers.

Acquired From Stock - This item is already in stock and should be dispatched to you upon successful payment processing. (If the status stays like this for more than 48 hours, please contact us).

Awaiting Payment- your order is in stock and ready to go, so please arrange payment as quickly as possible.

Awaiting Bundled Item - With 'Get One Free' and 'Double Discount' items, we have to post all your DVDs together in a single 'bundle' as they are charged as one item. If, however, we are sold out of one of your chosen items, we must wait for the missing item to arrive from our suppliers before shipping. Until that missing item arrives with us, the order will be at the status 'Awaiting Bundled Item'.

Being Packed - Your order has been processed, and is currently being packed, or is awaiting the arrival of the postman to come to our offices and take it to you!

Item Shipped - This item has been posted to you!

Payment unsuccessful/problem with card data - Your credit/debit card payment was declined by the bank. This could be due to the card expiring or being cancelled, or due to a lack of funds in your account. We will attempt payment again at regular intervals, but if your card repeatedly fails we may cancel the order. Please contact us if you wish to attempt another card, or notify us of any change in the card details.

Temporarily Out of Stock - Reordered - This item is out of stock with the suppliers. The item details will give you a guide as to the average time taken for stock to come in e.g. Availability: usually dispatched within 72 hours/5-7 days. Should it take longer, it may be that the suppliers are awaiting a reduplication of stock. Should the item drift out of print, we will inform you and update the site when any deletion is officially confirmed.

Pre-Order - This item has not yet been released. It will be shipped with the intention that it will reach you on, or as near as possible to, the release date. Therefore please be aware that your card may be billed a few days in advance of the release date.

Item Deleted / No Longer Available - Unfortunately this item is no longer available. Your order for the item has been cancelled and no payment has been taken.

Order Cancelled - This item is no longer being sought. If the order was not cancelled by yourself, it may have been cancelled by us due to payment difficulties. Contact us for further information.

Ready for dispatch - Once an item changes to 'ready for dispatch' it will stay at this status for 24-48 hours after which it will change to 'item shipped' once the order has been sent.
