Description
Dr. Jennifer Stillman (Kinski) is a New York City therapist who takes job as an elementary school psychiatrist in the rural town of Sierra Vista, Nevada. Her presence is greeted with a collective cold shoulder and it soon becomes clear that this backward little town has a deep, dark secret that it's inhabitants are determined to keep buried. When she befriends an odd and gifted young boy, Dr Stillman finds herself in the middle of a battle between a vengeful and horrifying monster and the unspeakable evil at the heart of the town itself.
Featuring terrifying effects by legendary Academy Award winning monster maker Stan Winston (A.I. Jurassic Park, Aliens). The Day The World Ends also stars Randy Quaid (Independence Day).
