Ably supported by Gary Warren as Cedric, and with strong performances from Moray Watson (Lord Collingford), Elspet Gray (Lady Collingford), and Peter Butterworth (Groome), this series is worthy of the classic status awarded to it.

Filmed amongst the splendour of Brickendonbury Manor in Hertfordshire during the summer of 1970, Catweazle will continue to delight children of all ages with its enchanting innocence and timeless humour.
