In the post-9/11 world we live in, policing isn't just about robberies and anti-social behaviour orders. Holby's officers have drugs, gangs and the threat of terrorism to deal with. Drug kingpin and local gangster, Neculai Stenga (Velibor Topic), is Detective Inspector John Keenan's (Cal MacAninch) arch-nemesis. After a failed attempt to bring him down, Keenan is convinced there's a mole at the station.
