Children's animated series about a teenager who has to deal with the problems caused by the dreaded braces. Teenager Sharon Spitz's (voiced by Alicia Silverstone) life is dominated by the metal in her mouth. After she visits the orthodontist to have her braces fitted, her envious rival Nina comes up with the nickname 'Braceface', and now Sharon wonders if Alden, the boy of her dreams, will ever find her attractive again.
