Description
It's 20 years since best friends Vinnie and Carter went their separate ways in the aftermath of a betting scam that made them a small fortune. Now Vinnie, his money long gone, boozes away his days while his one-time buddy is a millionaire; a successful breeder of racehorses with a sprawling estate in Lexington, Kentucky.
