The final, apocalyptic chapter in the Overfiend saga! It is the early 21st century, and the civilization of mankind is gone. Powerful, supernatural forces have sculpted our world into something more...suitable. Now, flesh-hungry demons and half-demons rule the Earth - raping and slaughtering thousands of human beings. This is the age of the Overfiend. But if Himi can be brought to Osaka, then the world can be made whole once more. Buju and Himi are interrupted in their quest by a pair of refugees - fleeing from a metropolis of pure evil.

Trapped in the City of Evil once again, Yumi is tortured as an example for the other slaves - The Masters must be obeyed. But these beings have made a horrifying discovery - by drinking Himi's living blood, they can become immortal, retaining their incredible powers forever... Will the half-demon Amano Jyaku be able to rescue Himi from their sadistic clutches?
