Description
Set in 1880 in New Mexico, Chino, an American of Indian/Mexican descent breaks horses on his small-holding. When a youth turns up one night seeking work he takes him in teaching him the ropes. When Chino falls in love with his neighbour's sister, Maral, a wealthy Mexican rancher will stop at nothing to ensure the two don't marry.
