Val Kilmer is Nick Rivers, a rock 'n' roll star invited to entertain culturally deprived Iron Curtain teenagers and Lucy Gutteridge is Hillary Flammond, an activist in the French Resistance whose comrades include Deja Vu and Latrine. Having spoofed us all previously with Airplane, the Zucker/Abrahams/Zucker team have their feet firmly on the ground in a totalitarian state... the result remains Top Secret.
