Bride: On this way to the altar, famed adventurer Captain Hugh 'Bulldog' Drummond, (John Howard), is sidelined by a bank robbery committed by master thief Henri Armides. The cash is stashed in a radio and shipped to France. Both Bulldog and his bride-to-be give chase. Bulldog's butler Tenny (E.E. Clive) and his hapless friend Algy, (Reginald Denny), provide the laughs in this action packed mystery.
Comes Back: Drummond's fiancee, Phyllis, is kidnapped by the diabolical Mikhail Valdin, a past foe who is being pursued by international authorities for murdering an American millionaire. With the help of his butler Tenny and partner Algy Longworth, Drummond pursues Valdin in a chase through waterfront dives while inspector Colonel Nielson, (John Barrymore), follows their trial by slipping into an amazing series of disguises.
Escapes: Adventurer and soldier-of-fortune 'Bulldog' Drummond returns to his country home in England only to find that a lovely damsel-in-distress, Phyllis Clavering, is being held prisoner on the stately country manor next door by a 'bearded villain' intent on stealing her sizable inheritance. To break Phyllis free an foil her captors' plot Drummond must face the challenge of his life.
