Description

In this magical tale, two children - Nellie and George - are sent to the country while their parents move house. Exploring the local forest, George mysteriously disappears - into Faery Land.
With the help of a friendly hobgoblin named Broom, Nellie eventually finds George playing happily with some faeries in Faery Land. But he has just eaten some of their food and is thus bound by faerie law to remain in Faery Land forever. Nellie is outraged and negotiates with the Faerie Prince for his release - agreeing to complete three tasks in return for his freedom.
