Description

Living in the Past
Henry and Agnes are thrown into the cut and thrust of the Hollywood film world. Agnes is decidedly unimpressed by the lifestyle and ideas. The Simcox brothers put their differences to one side and Lady Fanner decides Leslie isn't all bad.

The Wrongs of Man
Henry regales his parents with tales of America and his new book and they are both bemused. Leslie announces to Charlotte that they are moving to London, Fred meets a glamorous married woman at a party and she comes to visit him.

The Lost Leader
Doctor Salter is in a wheelchair recovering from a riding fall. Agnes and Fred have a discussion about where their love went wrong, meanwhile Henry has found Lonnie who provides solace from Agnes's coldness. Leslie drops a bombshell.

And a Happy New Year to You, Too!
Midnight Mass brings all the Simcox family together and Agnes confronts Henry about Lonnie. The Rector wonders what path he would have taken if Christmas hadn't happened and Charlotte erupts in her usual dramatic manner.
