'Danny, Champion Of The World' - Nine year old Danny Smith (Samuel Irons) lives an idyllic life in a gypsy caravan at the back of his dad William's (Jeremy Irons) garage. But all this looks set to change when evil Landowner Victor Hazell (Robbie Coltrane), and his henchmen enter their lives.

Hazell has been steadily buying up all the local land and Danny and his dad soon discover that he will go to any lengths to buy their garage regardless of whether they want to sell. Something must be done to stop Hazell's wicked plot and it is Danny who comes up with a brilliant plan that will get rid of Hazell and make Danny the "Champion of the World".
