Jon Lovitz (Stepford Wives) and Tia Carrere (Wayne's World) are dedicated educators facing some dangerously strange minds in this outrageous comedy from the creators of "The Naked Gun".
To idealistic Richard Clark (Lovitz), everyone in school has a deep-rooted ability to be a top student. That's why he's quit his job teaching at a posh academy and moved to an inner city high school that's so tough it has its own cemetery. His innocent, hopeful spirit, charms and bewilders one school official (Carrere), whilst managing to irritate the school Principle (Louise Fletcher - Mulholland Falls). Through it all, Richard remains upbeat and determined to live by his belief that there is no such thing as a bad kid.
