Description

Buck Privates Come Home:
Bud and Lou return to civilian life in this hysterical slapstick adventure film. Slicker Smith and Herbie Brown are caught with Evey (Beverly Simmons), a young stowaway, on board their returning ship by Sgt. Collins (Nat Pendleton). Evading arrest and deciding they need to find someone to adopt Evey, the threesome go in search of Evey's "Aunt" Sylvia (Joan Fulton). Sylvia's fiance is a car racer trying to win an upcoming race, if he can only get is car out of the garage, where it's being held for unpaid bills. Slicker and Herbie help get the car out, and end up leading the police on a mad-cap cross-country race that's become one of the most infamous in film history.

Comin' Round the Mountain:
Dorothy McCoy (Dorothy Shay), The Manhattan Hillbillie, and escape artist The Great Wilbert (Lou Costello), leader of a feuding Kentucky clan, leave for the mountain country, accompanied by their agent, Al Stewart (Bud Abbott), to claim a fortune in buried gold and silver. The trio joins the McCoy clan as they head for the County Fair, and Wilbert, who knows nothing about the guns, is selected to represent the McCoy clan in a gun shoot against the Winfield clan, their deadly rivals...
