The backpack stays locked in on aggressive descents with zero bounce, smart storage, and solid ventilation, while the gloves deliver elite-level grip, precise brake feel, and all-day comfort without sacrificing durability. This setup is performance-driven, trail-proven, and made for serious riding.
I DO NOT enjoy wearing backpacks while biking but sometimes it’s a necessary evil. But after seeing this bag and watching some videos and reviews I wanted to give it a try. SEND IT nailed this. Today was the first day I used it and I’m not even kidding I forgot I had it on except when I’d reach for the water hose did I realize it was there. Light despite having a full water bladder. I rode rough loose rocks, jumps, and flow today and absolutely did not feel a bounce, like it was in the way, and did not bother my shoulders/neck. After 16.5 miles I went back to the truck, my first move was to load the bike, not take off the bag which is never the case for me, even with a hip pack. Love the magnetic side pocket for my phone (I have an I phone 15 pro). Can’t wait for all the adventures this bag will come on 🤙🏻
I will continue to ride with this pack to learn and getting a true feeling of this pack. However I have had a few long rides with this pack and this is what I have so far.
Hydration Hose clip that was originally placed in the lower portion of the strap is not great placement for easy access to water. I moved the clip up to the opposite side, so the hose crosses my chest, it would be best to have a magnet style connection for quick and easy drinking. I ride super technical riding in Sedona and sometime taking one hand off the bars for long time is not the best option. I have always used a magnet style and it is super fast and easy to find.
Second and on of the most important. I find the chest strap to be odd placement it rest below my breast and is also hard to unstrap. I would suggest making that strap moveable, like up and down for placement. For women it is nice to be able to have precise strap placement for best comfort.
Likes: I really like the side pockets and how the pack fits on my back over all. As it is a large pack it is nice for long rides and I am able to fit essential items needed along with nutrition and enough hydration.
I would like to test it more for durability and longevity of the pack as I continue to wear it. I am happy to keep providing feed back and posting pictures of the pack in the beautiful Sedona, Arizona area.
I’ve used a few camelbacks and other hydration pack brands but the Send It pack is the best one I’ve used for mountain biking by far. My first time using it was during a 5 stage enduro race and it had enough storage for me to pack myself lunch, tools, and held enough water to keep me hydrated all 18 miles of riding. My favorite part about the pack was how well it fit, it didn’t hinder my riding at all and I didn’t feel any bounce even on the harsh roots and rocks through the course. I highly recommend this hydration pack to anyone who does long rides!
I have a big truck and it's so nice to have a bike pad that actually fits. The design looks sick and fits all 4 of my bikes securely at once. I also got the Hydration pack which I am loving. Light weight and the actually hydration pack is so easy to clean with the full opening at the top with no leaking. Got the matching gloves to go with it. Stoked about this order. I will absolutely be ordering from them again.
Recently got a package and i had to try it out on a full day of riding. Let me say it was the most comfortable bag ive owned to ride it had space for a full day of riding needs, also had a back protection pad that it great for unexpected falls. 10/10 product
Defender 15 Adventure & MTB Hydration Pack
Defender 15 Adventure & MTB Hydration Pack
A nice sized, hard shell pack for day trips and longer bike rides!
I’ve owned many packs to wear while mountain biking. This is the most comfortable and fits the best. The adjustable shoulder straps allowed me to fine tune the fit to my back and get the pack to sit exactly where I wanted it. Would highly recommend.
I’ve used a couple different hydration packs for biking and this one has very high quality straps and material. A few other brands I’ve used ripped quickly or the straps fell apart. Been on about 15 bike rides now and this is holding up great and has so much room for bike tools etc
What not to like? Lightweight, great storage and added protection. It also looks great. A definite step up from the other hydration packs I've used.
Great Product!!! Holds so much! I can carry all needed emergency items, water, and the coolest feature is the way they figured out how to integrate the helmet pouch!
